INTRO: Boston City Florist is a family-owned flower shop servicing the
Boston Metro area. They were seeking a comprehensive e-commerce solution
that would allow their customers to order flowers online.
SOLUTION: neubel studios designed the website layout and all graphics. We created
the back-end flower database and provided the shop owner with an administrative interface
to allow him to easily update flower pictures and prices.
We created the interface to allow online orders to automatically print at the flower
shop location. In addition, neubel studios established the hosting arrangement for the
site and submitted the site to various search engines.
RESULTS: This site has dramatically increased online sales and has allowed the
flower shop to be independent of third-party internet florists such as 1800flowers.com.
