Introduction
Organizations must achieve and maintain a distinct edge over their competition; in today's
fast-paced world, a successful web presence is crucial in obtaining that edge. neubel
studios is keenly aware of the important role the internet can play. We work closely
with our clients, combining their business expertise with our
design and technical expertise to create a website that will best meet the organization's
goals.
Our process begins with our graphics team, who collaborate with the client to create a
look and feel that best suits the client and its target audience. Once this phase is
complete, we proceed to the development phase, during which we create your web pages,
programs, and databases if necessary. From this point, we perform routine testing
and finalize the website. Finally, during the publication phase, we move all files
and images to the client's web server space and prepare the client's website for public
access.
The duration of the process varies from approximately two weeks to six months, depending
on factors such as the complexity of the project and the client's time line for supplying
necessary feedback and content.
Below you'll find a brief summary of each phase of our website design and development
process. Please note that the client will be involved in every phase of the project
and may, if not satisfied, opt out at any point.

Phase 1 - Client Interview
Our designers will schedule an initial meeting with the client to discuss project scope,
content, audience, and other relevant details. This discussion will enable us to
understand your organization's goals and the role your website will play in achieving
those goals.
Phase 1, which is integral to the success of the project, will establish the foundation
of a collaborative process between neubel studios and your organization that will continue
through the completion of your website.

Phase 2 - Hosting Setup (if needed)
Hosting is required for any website to be online. Based on the
requirements of your website, we will recommend the best host
available to fit your needs, and help you setup an account
with them.

Phase 3 - Research, Concept and Design
neubel studios believes in designs that are both attractive and effective. While aesthetics
are important, we also take into account factors such as download speed and search engine
optimization when designing your website. We strive to maximize these three characteristics,
thus allowing your organization to make the most of its web presence.
Based on the information we gather in the Client Interview, neubel studios
will research your business sector, which will include a thorough review of your competitors'
and partners' websites. This research will help us to create a design that is visually
appealing, as well as practical, appropriate to your field of work, and superior to
the websites of your competitors.
We will proceed to Phase 4 only when the client is completely satisfied with the concept,
design, colors and layouts.

Phase 4 - Development
neubel studios is committed to using the latest technologies and authoring tools available
to develop your website. This phase includes the creation of your web pages using
content that you provide. We will also offer client/server side programming and/or develop
custom databases as necessary.
Moreover, we are fully committed to making sure your websites work similarly in different browsers
under different platforms. We will test our code to make sure it is compliant with
Internet Explorer and Netscape versions 4.x and above. Although it is inevitable that
some enhancements will work in one browser but not another, neubel studios will ensure
that the overall functionality and readability of your website are not compromised.
As with all other phases, client feedback and other involvement are integral to the successful
completion of this phase.

Phase 5 - Revisions and Testing
Testing is one of the most important phases in the web design process. Our goal is to catch
problems before your website audience does.
During this phase, we will check for browser compatibility, link accuracy, download speed,
and spelling, and other potential concerns.

Phase 6 - Publication of Website
Depending on the hosting arrangements we have made with the client, we will either post the
website to production ourselves or release the completed website to the client.
At that point, neubel studios will give you the option of signing a maintenance contract with
us so that we may continue providing you with upgrades and enhancements.
